DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
Products will be shipped to customers by courier.
Products will be delivered to customers’ provided location while checking out.
Order placed after 2pm will be processed for shipping tomorrow.
There are standard delivery charges 35AED.
Urgent delivery services will be provided upon contacting to our office and the charges will be discussed upon your inquiry.
Orders of more than 500AED will get free shipping inside UAE. (No Remote Areas)
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) shipping charges will be depend upon the quantity and volume of products.
For regular products delivery time is 2-3 Business Working Days.
For leather products delivery time is 5-6 Business Working Days.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product.
Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If all these conditions are met, contact on our email address contact@boxsaat.com for claiming your refunds.
After that we’ll provide you the address with where customer will ship products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refun.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Additional non-returnable items:
Products damaged by customer.
Used products.
Refund request after 3 days of delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Leather products and customized products.
Partial funds items:
Products with any signs of usage.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days.
Late or Missing funds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@boxsaat.com.
Sale item:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for same item, send us an email at contact@boxsaat.com and we’ll guide you further.
Shipping Returns
To return your product:
First you should send us an email at contact@boxsaat.com then we’ll provide you with further details on how you should mail your product/products to our Head Office: 7CQ4+GHM – Al Qusais Industrial Area – Dubai.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow for uo to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
